Selecting Products and Adding to Cart

To find the product you are looking for on , you can search by typing keywords, or browse the product options by moving from the main category to the appropriate subcategory. After selecting the colour and size on the product page, you can add the selected product to your shopping bag by clicking "ADD TO BAG" button.

Then you can see your shopping bag by clicking on “MY SHOPPING BAG” button. You can also delete or change the products in your bag. You can see the prices of all the products in your bag.

Purchase (Entering Payment and Delivery Information)

After selecting the products you would like to purchase in your shopping bag, click the “PURCHASE” button, then you’ll be redirected to the delivery stage. You can select one of your registered addresses or enter a new delivery and billing addresses.

On the Payment and Approval page, you can see the total price You can also review all products, billing and delivery addresses in your order, and if you need to, you can return to the previous page to change or cancel the purchase.

You can pay by bank card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash On Delivery (COD).

Select the payment method you would like to use, then enter the required information of your card on the site and click “CONFIRM ORDER” button.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when the purchase is complete. Another email will be sent to you when your order has shipped from our warehouse. No address or product change can be made after order completion. If you want to change the address after completing your order, you must cancel your order and make a new transaction.

Delivery Information

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed at . Then the order will take from 4 to 7 business days to be delivered to your address. Shipping information is sent to your e-mail address. You can also track your order by using" Track & Trace " code or the shipping company's website on the ORDERS tab on your Account page.

Shipping and Delivery fees

  • $6 for cash on delivery payment.

  • $10 shipping fees for orders less than $55.

  • Shipping is free for orders that costs more than $55, but $6 will be added in case you choosed to pay using cash on delivery method.

  • No cash on delivery fees will be added for credit card orders

Changing Order Information (Cancellation of Order)

Important Update for Jordan Customers:

Kindly note that the Jordanian Customs Authority has issued an important update on the new regulation that took effect on August 22, 2019 in relation to ecommerce shipments.

The new regulation is to take effect with the following rules:

- Valued under 50 JD will be subject to 5 JD customs service fees.

- Shipments valued between 51 and 100 JD will be subject to 10 JD customs service fees.

- The maximum allowed annual orders’ amount per person must not exceed 500 JD which is only applicable on exempted items, any amount exceeding the allowed value is subject to customs duties and taxes as per applicable laws.

- Shipments with a value between 100 and 1000 JD shall be regulated by a statement of passengers’ luggage, and fees and taxes as per applicable laws will be incurred.

What are the impacted items under this new regulation?

This applies to apparel and clothing, shoes, children’s toys and food items.

Items other than the mentioned categories will go through the normal customs duties and charges process, regulated by a statement of passengers’ luggage, and fees and taxes as per applicable laws shall be applied.
